Pursuant to Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code providing for the establishment of Regional Councils of Governments, the Ashtabula County Schools Council of Governments includes seven school districts:
Ashtabula County Educational Service Center, Ashtabula County Technical & Career Center, Buckeye Local Schools, Geneva Area City Schools, Grand Valley Local Schools, Jefferson Area Local Schools, and Pymatuning Valley Local Schools.
