Managing Stress is an Important Part of Wellness
April is recognized as National Stress Awareness Month. This observance has been held annually since 1992 to raise awareness about the causes and effects of stress, as well as to promote effective strategies for managing it.
Stress can affect your body, thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Being able to recognize common symptoms of stress can help you manage them.
Are you constantly feeling stressed out? Believe it or not, stress can negatively affect the health of our minds and bodies.
Stress that’s left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.
