Important Notes
Newly hired employees will not be able to start shopping until the month following their start date. So, those who began work in August will have to wait till they receive their Welcome Email from Valenz Bluebook in September.- When first logging into Valenz members will need to login with the email associated with their Anthem portal. Once logged in, you are able to change the email associated with your Valenz account.
- When members first create their account, Valenz is going to send an email prompting you to authorize their email. From there members can sign in.
- If you cannot find a procedure, that means it is not a rewardable procedure in the platform.
- When members log in as a guest, they are still able to shop and earn rewards, they just would not be able to see all the rewards they have earned as that is protected health information and members will need a username and password to look at everything they have earned.
